Fitness In Today’s Life

Fitness is a medicine that keeps away all other medicines. Today our life have become hectic and complex. Money for survival, stiff competition, job targets, lack of job security and etc are keeping us away from having a fit lifestyle. Various health problems such as depression, stress, blood pressure, diabetes etc all have disturbed our lifestyle. Our peace of mind have been lost.Fitness is a medicine that keeps away all other medicines. Today our life have become hectic and complex. Money for survival, stiff competition, job targets, lack of job security and etc are keeping us away from having a fit lifestyle. Various health problems such as depression, stress, blood pressure, diabetes etc all have disturbed our lifestyle. Our peace of mind have been lost.

To tackle all these problems we need to have a fitness schedule. We should give importance to our body and mind. Walks, Joggs, run, yoga, swimming, cycling, meditaion, relaxation, proper sleep, vacation etc will help us in having a fit body and mind. Also our foods habbits needs to be changed. Healthy foods and fruits needs to be given preference over junk foods.

Remeber as we are young today so we overlook the priority of good health but when we will retire from our jobs and will be left alone at that time it will be required the most.
